  • Gram negatives.

  • The range of techniques available and their selection for each of the listed infections, to include:
  • microscopy
  • culture
  • NAAT
  • ELISA
  • MS.
  • Factors affecting the selection of techniques and the benefits and implications of each.
  • The protocols and procedures associated with this range of techniques.
