- Identify a patient referred for echocardiography or provocative electrocardiography procedure
- Identify appropriate diagnostic/treatment pathway
- Follow the progress of the patient from the initial consultation through procedures, follow-up appointment and/or surgery
- Reflect and comment on suitability of the pathway for the patient
