Assessments

You must complete:

  • 4 case-based discussion(s)
  • 3 of the following DOPS/ OCEs:
Develop new clinical measurement solution and present to assessor DOPS
Report on a novel or complex clinical measurement DOPS
Implement a clinical measurement solution DOPS
Select the appropriate equipment and its use in clinical measurement for 12-lead ECG, polysomnography, ERG or equivalent DOPS
Identify and implement effective corrective actions when performance deteriorates DOPS
Identify problems, determine their nature and devise a strategy for solving them DOPS
Record complex electrophysiology data such as 12-lead ECG, polysomnography, ERG,and present numerically and graphically the main findings OCE
Obtain specific clinical measurements from patients OCE
Conduct pressure and flow measurement such as respiratory, blood flow, urodynamics, etc and present numerically and graphically the main findings to clinical colleagues OCE
Conduct a gait analysis and present numerically and graphically the main findings to clinical colleagues OCE
Take patient consent for the procedure OCE
Explain to the patient the procedure and next steps OCE
